Set up VX in a clean, predictable order.
The easiest way to avoid account and order problems is to complete setup in sequence and use the official VX pages for each step.
1. Create one account
Register with information you can access later, complete any verification step shown by the site, and avoid creating duplicate accounts for the same person. Your subscriptions, orders, profile, and desktop access are tied to the account that completed the purchase.
2. Secure the account before buying
Use a unique password and enable the security options available in your account. Save recovery information somewhere private. VX support does not need your password, recovery codes, private keys, or wallet seed phrase to investigate a normal account or order issue.
3. Review your account and desktop connection
Open the Account page and confirm that the correct username is shown. If VX desktop needs to connect the account before a plan can be used, open the official current client and sign in with that same account.
4. Choose a plan from the VX Store
The Store shows the plans currently made available by the server. Review the plan name, duration, price, and payment method before continuing. A plan should only be treated as active when the account shows the updated server-confirmed access state.
5. Use the official Download Center
Download VX from the official release page, note the published version, and compare the complete SHA-256 checksum before opening the file. If the site says a newer minimum version is required, update instead of repeatedly retrying an older build.
6. Check Status before troubleshooting
If sign-in, payments, or another online feature is failing for multiple attempts, check the Status page first. A platform incident or maintenance state can explain an issue that cannot be fixed on the local computer.
7. Contact support with useful details
Include the VX username, order ID when relevant, the visible error message, the approximate time of the problem, and the version you are using. This is usually enough to start an investigation without exposing sensitive credentials.
