Understand the order state before paying twice.
VX checkout uses server-side order state. The safest next step depends on whether a payment is awaiting transfer, detected, confirming, under review, completed, expired, or failed.
Checkout created
The order exists and the selected payment method has been attached to it. Review the product, amount, network or payment instructions, and expiry before sending anything.
Awaiting payment
No qualifying payment has been confirmed yet. For crypto, use exactly the asset and network shown by the active order. For manual methods, follow only the instructions displayed by the VX checkout.
Payment detected or confirming
The server has found payment activity but may still be waiting for required confirmation. Do not create a second payment merely because confirmation is not instant.
Pending manual review
A manual-payment review has been requested and is waiting for verification. Repeatedly submitting the same request does not make it complete faster and can make troubleshooting harder.
Paid and fulfilled
A completed order should be reflected in the VX account after server-side verification and fulfillment. If payment shows completed but access does not update, contact support with the order ID rather than starting a new purchase.
Expired or failed
An expired payment session should not be reused. Return to the Store and create a new checkout. A failed order should be reviewed for the visible error before another payment attempt is made.
What to send support
Provide the VX username, order ID, payment method, approximate time, and visible status. For crypto, a public transaction hash can help. Never send a private key or wallet seed phrase.
